Bianca will speak on the topic “Is Social Media Screening a Good Fit?” Her session will hone in on how to both navigate the process of vetting a solution as well as understanding the legal compliance involved in social media reports--what their purpose is, and what it is not. This session will answer frequently asked questions regarding FCRA compliance, touch on what’s new in online background screening technology, and explore advanced methods on how to uncover the right social media opportunities.
