Social Intelligence is pleased to announce that our President, Bianca Lager, is slated to speak at SHRM’s Inclusion 2020 conference, which will be a virtual experience held on October 19-21st.

Bianca will present on the topic “Avoiding the Toxic Remote Workplace: 3 Steps to Guiding Inclusive Virtual Work Culture.” As remote work has expanded in 2020, HR leaders are navigating a new workspace location, the internet. With increased reliance on virtual tools, discrimination by keyboard is on the rise. Join this session to obtain compelling statistical data on online work communication trends to support strategic HR decision making.  In addition, learn 3 ways D&I leaders can empower their organizations to cultivate and maintain a thriving culture that translates to all workspaces.

This session will hone in on preventing online harassment, navigating the intersection of online and off-line life in the workplace, incorporating “teachable moments” into conversations around discrimination, and understanding compliance in social media background screening.

Conference attendees will have two opportunities to hear Bianca speak:

Monday, October 19th - 2:50 - 3:10 PM EST

Wednesday, October 21st - 1:00 - 1:20 PM EST
